For Philippe Trotignon it is a state of mind which invites us to a greater contribution to the respect of the environment. A regular, careful and minute observation enables him to integrate in his working the respect of ecosystems and of his terroir. The growing practices he has now been using for some years and traditional maceration vinification contribute to this permanent search for quality and to the typicity of his wines.
