My terroir
I enjoy growing on the hillsides of St Romain and Noyers sur Cher, on chalky-clay soils for one, sands on clay-with-flints for the other.
St Romain gives me power, richness and roundness; Noyers brings me liveliness and
freshness.

My grape-variety
100% Sauvignon.
Cultivated surface: 12 hectares
Average age of the vineyard: 25 years

My cultivation
It is reasoned with natural grass-growing and my production is mastered

My vinification
Direct pressing (pneumatic press)
Low temperature fermentation
Breeding on fine lees and stirring of the lees.

Appearance & tasting
My colour is bright, deep golden-yellow with a tinge of green.
At slight whirling of the glass, you can smell a very fine bouquet of lily and box-wood, floral aromas of honeysuckle, peach and litchis. A deeper breath reveals all the subtleties of the grapes. As soon as I am sipped, I develop a velvety sensation in the whole mouth thanks to an attack which is both lively and supple. My length in mouth is a delight for the taste-buds as it is fruity, round, full and luscious to the end.
