My terroir
I enjoy growing at the top of the hillsides of Noyers sur Cher and St Romain sur Cher on sands on clay-with-flints.
My grape-variety
100% Cabernet franc.
Cultivated surface: 4 hectares.
Average age of the vineyard: 25 years.

It is reasoned with natural grass-growing, and my production is mastered.

Low temperature fermentation.
Breeding in tanks.
Appearance & tasting
Everybody agrees that I have a beautiful ruby-red robe. On the nose I develop aromas of red fruit (raspberry) of blackcurrant and spice. In mouth I am fruity and well-balanced with floral
notes. My length is soft and lingering.
