I enjoy growing at the top of Noyers sur Cher hillsides, on sands and clay with flints.

100% black Gamay.
Cultivated surface: 4 hectares.
Average age of the vineyard: 25 years.

It is reasoned with natural grass-growing and my yields are mastered.
My vinification
Low temperature fermentation.
Breeding in tanks.
Appearance & tasting
A lovely robe of crystal-clear, brilliant red. Fruity aromas on the nose. In mouth my length is luscious; I can be tasted in a single round sip and will leave you the feeling of harmony of fruit and lightness.
