I enjoy growing on the hillsides of St Romain and Noyers sur Cher.

My grape-variety

30% Cabernet & 70% Chenin.
Cultivated surface: 0.5 hectare
Average age of the vineyard: 18 years.

My cultivation

It is reasoned with natural grass-growing and my production is mastered.

My vinification

Direct pressing (pneumatic press).
Low temperature fermentation.

Appearance & tasting

My robe has the brilliance of gold. The fineness of my bubbles suggests a long moment of pleasure. My fruit reminds apple, and my vividness doesn't alter my harmony.
